Anchor Home Health, LLC encourages open communication and collaboration, allowing for the best quality of life for the patients that we serve as well as their families and support systems. This company was founded by a father who saw a great need in pediatric care for his baby girl. It has been a dream of our founder and CEO, Jay Diaz, to be able to service the many infants and children in our community who suffer from medical fragility and/or cardiopulmonary diseases.
THE INSPIRATION
Miss Elida Diaz-Luciano
This little miracle baby is now 19 years old! She was decannulated at age 12. She walks with spina bifida, talks through false vocal cords, reads and writes like a champ, and can dance, pray, and worship all day long.
My plans to be doctor changed when my baby girl couldn't breathe. I had to learn how to care for her. I am now proudly a respiratory care practitioner. I know first hand the value of proactive education for parents. I know how important it is to bring your baby home from the hospital and feel confident in doing that. I know what it's like. I have been in your shoes. I would be honored to help, support, and inspire you on every step of this journey. Trust me, you've come to the right place!
