• Bachelor's degree in nursing
• Minimum of one year experience in nursing
• Up to date ACLS Certification
• Current CPR certification
• Critical thinking and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Provide at least two professional references

• A minimum of one year's experience working in a hospital, home health, or nursing home/ALF setting

• Associate Degree from a CoARC approved program in Respiratory Therapy 
• Licensed as Respiratory Therapist in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
• RRT credential 
• ACLS or PALS/NRP certification
• Critical thinking and multitasking skills 
• Excellent communication skills
• CRT registration required within 3 months of hire

Successful completion of one of the following:

• a. Complete and pass Direct Care Staff Person Training Course and Competency Test located on http://www.PA.gov 
•   b. A minimum 75-hour training meeting requirements of 42 CFR 484.36
•   c. A training program developed by the agency which meets Pennsylvania criteria
•  Must have high school diploma or equivalent
• Current CPR certification
• Must comprehend the basics of personal care, housekeeping, and meal preparation
